1. Weight rule of 1600lbs of crew will stay in place
2. Boats will be weighed in June
3. Anchor start will remain with a larger starting line
4. Fleet likes the second racing circle at Seaside and would like to try one weekend up bay with second circle on the green Island course
5. Wind speed has been modified to 20 mph and races shortened at 22mph
6. Torch adjustable spreader was discussed
7. Boats will race at LEHYC again this summer for the Reingold Cup
8. Racing schedule will be the same as last year. The first racing will be the Wanamaker race at IHYC
9. The Worlds and the Beaton trophy will be sailed the last weekend in Sept at BHYC
10. We are requesting the bay for only two throw outs for the BBYRA season
11 New sails will need only one set of reef points due to the lowering of the wind speed
10 Jim Kellogg will be stepping down as Fleet Captain next October
